In Mahjong Island, a Hand Card names a Scoring Hand you're close to, and shows its Mult.
With three Sets, a Pair, and two 5 Bamboo, this hand is one tile from Four Sets.
Draw the third 5 Bamboo, and the card pays off: Four Sets doubles your Mult.
Each month, a new Card Drop boosts a few Scoring Hands, so their Mult goes up.
