In Mahjong Island, your easiest discard is the tile that works with nothing else in your hand.
This North Wind has no match here, and Winds never make Runs, so it can't help.
Discard it, and every tile left is part of a Group, a Pair, or a Run in progress.
Start every turn by looking for that tile. It's usually a lone Wind or Dragon.
